Overview

Rail Slingshot is a native mobile game available through the App Store and Google Play. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers. All game data stays on your device. No account or sign-in is required to play.

What Data We Store

The following data is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit it to our servers:

Game progress — High scores (including endless mode), current level, coins, unlocked vehicles, vehicle condition, upgrades, shop progress, daily rewards, and play-time bonuses.
App settings — Preferences such as sound on/off and whether the tutorial has been completed.

Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it using the Settings page, or until you uninstall the app.

Share Score

If you choose to share your score, your device's native share sheet is used. We do not receive or store shared content.

Advertising

Rail Slingshot uses Google AdMob to display ads in the native app only (not in a web browser). Ad types include banner ads during gameplay and optional rewarded video ads in the shop.

Google may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and approximate location to serve and measure ads. On iOS, you may be asked to allow app tracking for personalized ads (App Tracking Transparency). In certain regions, including the EU, Google may show a consent form before ads are displayed.

What We Do NOT Collect

Your name, email address, or any contact information
Payment or financial information
An account or sign-in requirement to play
Selling or sharing your data with third parties (except as described for ads below)

Children

Rail Slingshot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all locally stored data at any time from the Settings page using the Delete All Data button. This removes your progress, settings, and tutorial state from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
